We were able to keep the sapwood intact to provide a lovely contrast next to the hardwood. I used a water based resin to fill a few small holes. This piece has unique characteristics and imperfections. Refrain from submerging in water. Regular conditioning with orange oil and beeswax is encouraged to keep it looking lovely.
